the first day of the establishment of the Mingachevir branch of the Azerbaijan Teachers Institute, the department has functioned as the Department of \u201cpedagogy and social disciplines\u201d of the branch. In 2012, the department was renamed the Department of \u201csocial and natural subjects\u201d.<\/p><p>Taking into account the demand for the pedagogical staff potential of our country, including the region, the department has 050118 \u201cPrimary class teaching\u201d and 050120 \u201cPreschool training and education\u201d specialties.<\/p><p>According to the order signed by the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on July 24, 2015, it is planned to liquidate the Mingachevir, Salyan and Sumgayit branches of the Azerbaijan Teachers Institute and make changes to the decree of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 2000, 13, No. 349 \u201con improving the education system in the Republic of Azerbaijan\u201d.<\/p><p>According to the relevant order of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 24.07.2015, Mingachevir State University was established on the basis of Mingachevir Polytechnic Institute. Accordingly, the reformed Department of \u201cpedagogy and social disciplines\u201d resumed its activities by the corresponding order of the rector of the University. Since September 2016, the department has been re-formed and renamed the Department of \u201cpedagogy and psychology\u201c.<\/p><p>After the establishment of the university, the department was headed by Ph.D. Zeynalov Nizami Dilanchi oglu. Since 2017, the head of the department is Ph.D., associate professor Mammadov Sahib Amirkhan oglu. department<\/strong><\/p><p>From the first day of the establishment of the Mingachevir branch of the Azerbaijan Teachers Institute, the department has functioned as the Department of \u201cpedagogy and social disciplines\u201d of the branch. In 2012, the department was renamed the Department of \u201csocial and natural subjects\u201d.<\/p><p>Taking into account the demand for the pedagogical staff potential of our country, including the region, the department has 050118 &#8220;Primary class teaching&#8221; and 050120 &#8220;Preschool training and education&#8221; specialties.<\/p><p>According to the order signed by the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on July 24, 2015, it is planned to liquidate the Mingachevir, Salyan and Sumgayit branches of the Azerbaijan Teachers Institute and make changes to the decree of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 2000, 13, No. 349 \u201con improving the education system in the Republic of Azerbaijan&#8221;.<\/p><p>According to the relevant order of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 24.07.2015, Mingachevir State University was established on the basis of Mingachevir Polytechnic Institute. Accordingly, the reformed Department of \u201cpedagogy and social disciplines\u201d resumed its activities by the corresponding order of the rector of the University. Since September 2016, the department has been re-formed and renamed the Department of \u201cpedagogy and psychology\u201c.<\/p><p>After the establishment of the university, the department was headed by Ph.D. Zeynalov Nizami Dilanchi oglu. Since 2017, the head of the department is Ph.D., associate professor Mammadov Sahib Amirkhan oglu. Having mastered the educational program in the specialty of Primary School teaching, the specialist learns to work with younger children and the features of their age psychology. In addition, the primary school teacher teaches young children the initial vital knowledge and skills about people, society and nature, about their interactions.
