Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the establishment of Mingachevir State University<\/a><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In order to rationalize the network of educational institutions in the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide, guided by Article 109, paragraph 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan:<\/p>

1.To establish Mingachevir State University under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the basis of Mingachevir Polytechnic Institute under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which carries out training of personnel for all levels of Higher Education.<\/p>

2. Cabinet of Ministers of The Republic of Azerbaijan:<\/p>

2.1. To ensure that the material and technical base of the liquidated Mingachevir branch of the Azerbaijan Teachers Institute is transferred to the balance of Mingachevir State University within two months;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 2009, 5 No. 156, half paragraph 2.12.1 of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan \u201con the application of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan\u201d \u201con education\u201d, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides:<\/p>

To reorganize Mingachevir State University into Mingachevir State University, which has the status of a public legal entity under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/p>
