A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Mingachevir State University (MSU) and Kapital Bank<\/a>. Within the framework of the Memorandum, the opening ceremony of the \u201cBirbank Fintech\u201d Laboratory was held at the university on September 9, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was attended by the Rector of MSU, Anar Eminov, and the Manager of Kapital Bank\u2019s Mingachevir branch, Sabuhi Mukhtarov. During the opening ceremony, the participants became acquainted with the new laboratory, and the opportunities created to enhance students\u2019 knowledge in the field of finance were highly appreciated. As part of the cooperation, Kapital Bank donated 20 laptops to the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rector Anar Eminov stated that one of the university\u2019s main priorities is to equip students with practical knowledge and skills for their future careers. He noted that the cooperation established with Kapital Bank directly serves this purpose and will enable students to become more competitive in the labor market. The Rector expressed his gratitude to the bank representatives for establishing the \u201cBirbank Fintech\u201d Laboratory, providing technical support to the university, and creating internship opportunities for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his speech, the Manager of Kapital Bank\u2019s Mingachevir branch, Sabuhi Mukhtarov, emphasized that supporting education and developing innovative skills among young people are among the key priorities of the bank\u2019s Corporate Social Responsibility policy. He stated that the \u201cBirbank Fintech\u201d Laboratory would help MSU students gain practical knowledge in digital banking and financial technologies. According to him, this cooperation will also create new opportunities for the region and contribute to the professional development of young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the framework of the Memorandum, students studying in the fields of economics and finance at MSU will undertake internships at Kapital Bank. This initiative will provide students with the opportunity to enrich their theoretical knowledge with practical skills and gain firsthand experience in the real working environment of the banking sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be noted that the newly established \u201cBirbank Fintech\u201d Laboratory will enable students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills and gain deeper insight into innovative approaches and modern financial technologies. This cooperation will serve not only as a new educational environment for MSU students, but also as a broad platform for confidently building their future careers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
