On October 16, 2025, a delegation led by the Rector of Mingachevir State University (MSU), Anar Eminov, visited the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Ankara Hac\u0131 Bayram Veli University. The delegation was welcomed by the Dean of the faculty, F\u0131rat Purtash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the meeting, discussions focused on the implementation of dual degree programs in the fields of tourism, economics, and management. It was emphasized that these programs would contribute to strengthening scientific and academic ties between the higher education systems of the two brotherly countries, enhancing mutual trust, and promoting student mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The parties also exchanged views on the alignment of curricula and course syllabi, the establishment of a joint working group, the implementation mechanisms of the programs, and future directions for cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be noted that the implementation of the dual degree programs will provide undergraduate and graduate students with the opportunity to obtain diplomas from both MSU and Ankara Hac\u0131 Bayram Veli University, enabling them to further develop their knowledge and skills through the academic environments of both countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
