At Mingachevir State University (MSU), the second day of the 3rd International Conference named \u201cSustainable Development Strategy: Global Trends, National Practices, and New Targets,\u201d held on December 6\u20138, 2025, continued with a special workshop on \u201cAchieving Excellence in Scientific Research: Publication Strategies for High-Impact Journals.\u201d The workshop was moderated by Professor Shahriyar Mukhtarov from Vistula University of Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the event, distinguished scholars and researchers with high h-indices representing leading higher education institutions in T\u00fcrkiye delivered speeches \u2014 Professor Dilvin Ta\u015fk\u0131n from Ya\u015far University, Professor Hasan Din\u00e7er from Istanbul Medipol University, Professor Muhammed Deveci from the National Defence University, and Associate Professor Mustafa Tevfik Kartal from the European University of Lefke in Northern Cyprus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The speakers shared their experiences on topics such as the mechanisms of publishing in high-impact-factor journals, global editorial requirements, methodological rigor, proper journal selection, increasing visibility in citation indexes, and developing an effective academic writing style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be mentioned that the workshop provided an opportunity for faculty members and master\u2019s students of MSU to learn the key aspects of the international publication process and was regarded as an important step toward improving the quality of scientific activity at the university.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
