{"id":84540,"date":"2026-02-20T09:10:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T06:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mdu.edu.az\/?p=84540"},"modified":"2026-02-20T11:12:27","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T08:12:27","slug":"aiming-to-enhance-quality-in-teaching-and-assessment-at-mingachevir-state-university-new-collaboration-memorandum-with-the-quality-association-public-union","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mdu.edu.az\/en\/aiming-to-enhance-quality-in-teaching-and-assessment-at-mingachevir-state-university-new-collaboration-memorandum-with-the-quality-association-public-union\/","title":{"rendered":"Aiming to Enhance Quality in Teaching and Assessment at Mingachevir State University: New Collaboration Memorandum with the \u2018Quality Association\u2019 Public Union"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On <strong>February 13, 2026<\/strong>, within the framework of the <strong>\u201cForum on Quality, Sustainability, and Innovation in Education\u201d<\/strong> hosted by <strong>Mingachevir State University<\/strong>, a <strong>Collaboration Memorandum<\/strong> was signed between Mingachevir State University and the <strong>\u201cQuality Association\u201d Public Union<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Memorandum was signed by <strong>Azad Mirzabeyov<\/strong>, Head of the Quality Assurance and Sustainable Development Department at Mingachevir State University, and <strong>Samir Novruzlu<\/strong>, Chairman of the Board of the \u201cQuality Association\u201d Public Union, establishing the foundation for a <strong>long-term and systematic partnership<\/strong> focused on the development of <strong>quality assurance systems in higher education<\/strong>, the application of <strong>modern quality approaches in institutional management<\/strong>, and the strengthening of a <strong>quality culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the agreement, the parties will collaborate to <strong>enhance the internal quality assurance system<\/strong> at Mingachevir State University, implement modern approaches to <strong>improve quality in teaching, learning, and assessment<\/strong>, and develop mechanisms for the <strong>formation and evaluation of learning outcomes<\/strong> at both program and course levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the framework of the Memorandum, joint activities will include <strong>training and professional development programs<\/strong> for academic and administrative staff on <strong>quality management, process optimization, and institutional development<\/strong>, the organization of <strong>joint projects, forums, and conferences<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>study and sharing of advanced national and international practices<\/strong> in quality assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The collaboration places particular emphasis on fostering a <strong>quality culture in higher education<\/strong> and applying the principles of <strong>sustainable development<\/strong>.
