On February 9, 2026<\/strong>, the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center (AKM)<\/strong>, operating under the Innovation and Digital Development Agency<\/strong>, held the \u201cGraduation Day\u201d<\/strong> for its 6th training cohort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among the graduates was Adil Ahmadzade<\/strong>, a third-year student of the Information Security<\/strong> program at Mingachevir State University (MSU)<\/strong>. He successfully completed the Cybersecurity specialization within the 6th cohort of AKM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program, organized jointly by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport<\/strong>, IDIA<\/strong>, and Israel\u2019s Technion \u2013 Israel Institute of Technology<\/strong>, enabled MSU student Adil Ahmadzade to excel in the Red Team (offensive security)<\/strong> track, demonstrating high performance and successfully graduating from the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
