Faculty members of Mingachevir State University have participated in an academic mobility program at reputable higher education institutions in T\u00fcrkiye and Uzbekistan within the framework of international academic exchange. During the two-week visit held from October 17 to November 3 2026, lecturers of the Department of Economics carried out academic experience exchange at partner universities and closely familiarized themselves with new teaching environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the framework of the Orhun Exchange Program, lecturers of the Department of Economics, T\u00fckezban Qas\u0131mova and F\u0259hmi Babayev, took part in academic activities at partner universities. T\u00fckezban Qas\u0131mova visited Anadolu University located in Eski\u015fehir, Republic of T\u00fcrkiye, while F\u0259hmi Babayev participated in academic activities at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. During the visit, they held meetings with members of the academic staff and attended relevant lectures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the framework of the visit, the faculty members became closely acquainted with the teaching and research environment of the host universities and exchanged views on opportunities for mutual cooperation. At the same time, meetings held with various faculties and structural units focused on the development of academic relations and the implementation of future joint initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
International academic mobility initiatives play an important role in expanding cooperation between higher education institutions, promoting the exchange of scientific and pedagogical experience, and integrating universities into the global academic environment. Mingachevir State University consistently supports such initiatives and places particular importance on encouraging the participation of its academic staff in international programs and strengthening inter-university partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be noted that the visit took place within the framework of an academic exchange initiative implemented among universities of Turkic states and contributes to the further expansion of Mingachevir State University\u2019s international cooperation activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
