A presentation ceremony of a new documentary film dedicated to the heroic life of Azerbaijan\u2019s National Hero Natig Gasimov<\/strong> was held within the framework of a project that won the grant competition announced by the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan as part of the \u201cYear of Constitution and Sovereignty.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event brought together media representatives, family members of the National Hero, educators, and members of the public. During the ceremony, participants paid deep tribute to Natig Gasimov\u2019s exceptional bravery demonstrated in the struggle for the independence and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organized in a spirit of patriotism, the event highlighted the importance of preserving national memory, conveying historical truths to future generations, and keeping the legacy of national heroes alive. Speakers emphasized the public significance of the documentary and the exemplary value of Natig Gasimov\u2019s life story for young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking at the event, political analyst and media representative Ingilab Shirnli<\/strong> noted that documentary films dedicated to patriotism play an important role in shaping national consciousness. He stressed that the life stories of heroes such as Natig Gasimov should be systematically conveyed to society, especially to younger generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Editor of EL TV Elgiz Mahmud<\/strong> spoke about the artistic and documentary value of the film, emphasizing that the credibility of such works depends on the accurate presentation of historical facts and authentic witness testimonies. He noted that the collection of archival materials and the production process require a high level of professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking on behalf of the family, the hero\u2019s brother Nofal Gasimov<\/strong> expressed gratitude to the organizers for honoring the memory of Natig Gasimov. He stated that the hero\u2019s love for the Motherland and his courage on the battlefield are not only a source of pride for the family but also a moral pillar for the entire nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project manager Ayisha Hajiyeva<\/strong> explained the main purpose of the film, noting that Natig Gasimov\u2019s heroic resistance during the Karabakh war holds a special place in military history. She emphasized that the documentary reflects not only the bravery of one individual but also the spirit of freedom, statehood, and national dignity of the Azerbaijani people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project coordinator Aynur Guliyeva<\/strong> provided detailed information about the filming process, noting that the project involved the collection of archival materials, verification of witness testimonies, development of the script, and careful editing. She added that the documentary is planned to be presented to wider audiences, including international platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputy director of Secondary School No. 4 named after Natig Gasimov, Gunel Nureddinova<\/strong>, noted that students proudly carry the legacy of the National Hero and that educational activities at the school are built on the principles of patriotism, statehood values, and preservation of historical memory. She emphasized that such documentaries significantly contribute to strengthening national identity among young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be noted that the documentary portrays Natig Gasimov\u2019s bravery during the Karabakh war, including his resistance while surrounded by enemy forces and his unbreakable will even in captivity. Based on rare archival footage and witness testimonies, the film aims to visualize heroic pages of Azerbaijan\u2019s military history and inspire patriotic values among younger generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
