On October 11, 2025, an information meeting for academic advisors was held at Mingachevir State University organized by the Digital Transformation Department. The main purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the results of the previous semester within the framework of preparations for the spring semester, as well as to discuss the implementation of digital solutions and the effective use of electronic platforms utilized at the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Academic advisors from various faculties of the university participated in the meeting and shared their opinions and suggestions regarding the application of digital tools in the educational process. During the event, the outcomes of the previous semester were reviewed, and discussions were held on the functionality of digital platforms used in the teaching process and ways to ensure their more efficient application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the discussions, participants exchanged ideas on improving the convenience and efficiency of using the DigitalEdu platform, expanding digital opportunities in the activities of academic advisors, and enhancing communication processes with students. In addition, the main priority areas and activity targets for the upcoming semester were determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was emphasized during the meeting that further strengthening the digital transformation process at the university will significantly contribute to improving the quality of education and ensuring more effective academic management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
