A meeting on the topic \u201cInclusive Labor Market and Employment Opportunities\u201d was organized at Mingachevir State University (MSU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting was attended by representatives of the labor market \u2014 Kamila Ilyasova, Director of Nursery-Kindergarten No. 16 \u201cAynur,\u201d methodologist Shovla Isaqova, Aynur Ismixanli, Director of Nursery-Kindergarten No. 10 \u201cQaranfil,\u201d methodologist Tarana Movsumova, as well as lecturers of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of MSU \u2014 Ayshen Ismayilova and Gunel Najafova, and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the framework of the event, the importance of an inclusive labor market, employment opportunities for youth, ways of integration into the labor market, as well as the creation of equal career opportunities were widely discussed. Participants exchanged views on the topic and highlighted approaches based on real labor market practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main objective of the meeting was to increase students\u2019 awareness of the labor market, ensure their understanding of future career opportunities, and contribute to promoting equal employment opportunities for all members of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
