A practical and awareness-raising training on \u201cAssessment of Teaching, Innovative Methods, and Strategies\u201d was organized for a group of teachers at Agdash State Humanitarian College under the initiative of Elza Iskenderli, a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Mingachevir State University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main objective of the training was to enhance teachers\u2019 knowledge and skills in assessment, promote the application of modern and student-centered approaches in the teaching process, and provide more effective support for students\u2019 learning activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
