The central focus of the training was the implementation of the \u201cdual supervision\u201d model and its role in the development of young researchers. The main objective of this approach is to ensure that practical, application-oriented research conducted by master\u2019s students is systematized at the level of fundamental scientific work. Through this model, students not only acquire academic theoretical knowledge but also integrate industrial experience into their research, enabling them to achieve more competitive scientific outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the training, Associate Professor Kamala Ayyubova from the Department of Energy and PhD in Technical Sciences Liliya Suleymanova delivered presentations, providing detailed information on the structural elements of thesis writing, identifying scientific novelty, and effectively using literature available in international academic databases. The speakers emphasized that this approach enables young researchers to synthesize academic and practical knowledge and present their research at a high level on both local and international professional scientific platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
