The event was jointly organized by the Department of Energy, the Department of Natural Sciences and the Department of Mechanics.

Within the competition, participants analyzed pressing ecological challenges such as biodiversity loss, ecosystem disruption, soil erosion, and declining soil productivity. To address these issues, they developed nature-based, sustainable, and technology-driven startup ideas, creating innovative projects.

The solutions presented by the teams included ecosystem monitoring systems, bio-technological methods for soil restoration, smart agricultural sensors, and ecological analysis platforms based on drone and remote sensing technologies. These approaches aimed to enhance the effectiveness of biodiversity conservation and soil resource restoration.

The main goal of the event was to develop participants’ scientific and innovative approaches to ecological problems and to provide opportunities for creating practical solutions through multidisciplinary thinking. Engineering, ecology, and technology knowledge were integrated within this framework.

During the competition, participants worked in groups to quickly transform their ideas into functional startup concepts, strengthening their analytical and problem-solving skills. The projects were evaluated based on both scientific justification and practical applicability.

In the final stage, the startup ideas were assessed by an expert panel according to innovation, ecological impact, technological justification, and sustainability criteria.
