On December 22, 2025, a seminar on \u201cStudying abroad and international scholarship opportunities\u201d was held at Mingachevir State University, organized by the Internship and Career Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main aim of the seminar was to provide students at the bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s levels with systematic and practical information about studying abroad opportunities, international scholarship programmes, and application procedures, as well as to expand their access to quality and inclusive higher education opportunities. The event also aimed to contribute to the development of young people\u2019s knowledge and skills on an international level, the formation of competitive human capital, and the strengthening of sustainable career prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a speaker at the event, the coordinator of the International Relations and Cooperation Department, Parviz Mammadrzayev, delivered a presentation. He provided detailed information on the role of master\u2019s studies in career development, the advantages of international academic experience in the labor market, and the importance of building global cooperation networks for both individual and institutional development. It was noted that opportunities for studying abroad not only contribute to personal achievement but also serve to strengthen the country\u2019s intellectual potential and support the formation of a knowledge-based society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
