The training was organized by the Engineering Development and Certification Center operating under the Lifelong Education School of Mingachevir State University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organized within the framework of the university\u2019s Green Campus governance policy, innovative ecological approaches, and development strategy aligned with international sustainability standards, the training brought together students, academic staff, administrative employees, alumni, and participants from various professional fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on internationally recognized \u201cdecision lab,\u201d \u201cstrategy simulation,\u201d and \u201csustainability innovation sprint\u201d methodologies, the program engaged participants in practical activities focused on solving real environmental problems, efficient resource management, energy and water conservation models, waste management, and green innovation solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the session was to foster a green leadership mindset within the university environment, increase ecological responsibility, develop sustainable decision-making skills, and promote a modern Green Campus management model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the training, participants conducted interactive discussions aimed at identifying and mapping environmental challenges existing within the university and urban environment. Various decision-making simulations related to optimizing energy consumption, reducing carbon emissions, and implementing smart energy management mechanisms were also carried out throughout the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, participants discussed practical approaches to water resource protection, sustainable water use, and green transportation solutions, while proposing innovative models that could be implemented across the university campus. The program also included analyses of effective waste sorting and recycling management methods, alongside presentations of innovative green startup ideas developed by participants specifically for the university environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the program, participants engaged in crisis scenarios modeled on university management structures, making both operational and long-term ecological decisions while discussing green investment priorities and sustainable development strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the distinctive aspects of the training was the active involvement of participants not merely as listeners, but as direct decision-makers and developers of innovative solutions. Throughout the session, participants presented a variety of practical proposals regarding the future sustainable development model of the university campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the event, participants exchanged views on integrating green behavioral models into daily activities and proposed new initiatives aimed at strengthening a sustainable university environment.
