One of the key components of the fair, the “Bring Your Old Book” stand, serves to promote efficient resource use, book reuse, and environmental responsibility through book exchange.

Within the initiative, students, academic staff, and administrative personnel bring books they have already used to a specially designated stand and share them with other readers. The book exchange platform, which includes literary, scientific, technical, and educational publications, plays an important role in enriching the intellectual environment at the university, strengthening social solidarity, and ensuring the continuity of knowledge sharing.

As part of the project, encouraging the reuse of books is carried out in line with MSU’s sustainable development priorities by reducing paper waste, promoting responsible resource management, and supporting green campus principles.
