The training aimed to contribute to the personal and professional development of students benefiting from the support of the Education Student Loan Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main purpose of the training was to develop participants\u2019 creative thinking skills, promote innovative approaches, and foster diverse perspectives in problem-solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the training, students were provided with information on the essence and significance of creative thinking, as well as its connection with innovation. Participants also engaged in group work based on the <strong>SCAMPER method<\/strong>, where they collaborated on generating and developing various ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through interactive discussions and presentations, students demonstrated their innovative approaches and had the opportunity to strengthen their teamwork skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the training, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants, and a commemorative photo was taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such initiatives reflect Mingachevir State University\u2019s strong commitment to supporting students\u2019 personal and professional development, as well as enhancing their readiness for the labor market.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A training session on \u201cCreative Thinking and Innovation\u201d was organized for students at Mingachevir State University (MSU) by the university\u2019s Internship and Career Department within the framework of the \u201cSoft Skills and Labor Market Readiness\u201d project implemented by the Education Student Loan Fund.
