The conference was remembered for its sincere scientific discussion atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the event, presentations covering various engineering fields were delivered, followed by discussions on the topics presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following students of Mingachevir State University presented reports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dinar Guluzade \u2014 <em>\u201cAccount Takeover through Cross-Site Scripting\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eltun Nasibov \u2014 <em>\u201cImplementation of the Industry 4.0 Concept in Azerbaijan\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emil Gafarli \u2014 <em>\u201cThe Role of Green Energy in Climate Change\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayshen Gadirli \u2014 <em>\u201cThe Working Principle of Solar Panels\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hasan Hajiyev \u2014 <em>\u201cThe Environmental Impact of Hybrid Vehicle Operation\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laman Majidova \u2014 <em>\u201cEnergy-Efficient Microprocessor Design in the Era of Nanoelectronics: New Technologies and Challenges\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mahammad Mammadli \u2014 <em>\u201cLocal Training of a Small Language Model (Small LLM)\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ziynet Mahmudova \u2014 <em>\u201cMain Directions for Regulating Sustainable Ecological Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shams Ibrahimova \u2014 <em>\u201cArtificial Intelligence and Legal Regulation in Digital Governance\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gulchin Gaffarzada \u2014 <em>\u201cApplication of Artificial Intelligence in Environmental Security\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aytac Isayeva \u2014 <em>\u201cApplication of LiDAR and Computer Vision Technologies in National Security Systems\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference was of great importance in terms of increasing students\u2019 interest in scientific research activities in the field of engineering, developing their analytical thinking, and expanding opportunities for academic discussions on technological innovations.
