A scientific-practical seminar dedicated to \u201cJune 1 \u2013 International Children\u2019s Day\u201d was held at Mingachevir State University (MSU) within the framework of the \u201cUrban Planning and Architecture Year\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main objective of the seminar was to conduct awareness-raising discussions on the protection of children\u2019s rights, their healthy and safe development in a secure environment, as well as their protection from emerging digital risks in the modern era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event was opened by the Head of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Ms. K\u00f6n\u00fcl Cabbarova, who emphasized that the formation of children based on healthy, safe, and national-moral values is of crucial importance for the future of society. She underlined that ensuring the protection of children\u2019s rights, providing access to quality education, and strengthening their safety in the digital environment are among the key priorities of the modern age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the seminar, a series of academic presentations were delivered. Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, Ms. N\u0259rgiz Nift\u0259liyeva, presented on \u201cTransactional Analysis of Communication between Parents and Children,\u201d highlighting the role of family communication in the psychological development of the child from a scientific perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
MSU lawyer Mr. Polad Atayev delivered a presentation on \u201cChildren\u2019s Rights and Mechanisms for Their Protection,\u201d providing detailed information on the legal foundations of child rights protection and existing safeguarding mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Subsequently, lecturer Ms. G\u00fcnel N\u0259c\u0259fova presented on \u201cTowards an Inclusive Future: Protecting Children in the Digital Environment and Equality in Education,\u201d addressing issues related to ensuring children\u2019s safety in the digital space and expanding inclusive education opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The seminar featured extensive discussions on the protection of children\u2019s rights, their upbringing in line with national and moral values, the expansion of inclusive education opportunities, and digital safety issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
