Within this framework, the **Internationalization Forum** brought together the university administration, academic staff, and students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation **Natavan Namazova** emphasized that internationalization is one of the strategic development priorities of MSU. She highlighted the importance of expanding global academic partnerships, increasing the participation of students and faculty members in international mobility programs, and implementing initiatives in the fields of innovation and sustainable development to enhance the university\u2019s competitiveness. N. Namazova noted that the \u201cInternationalization, Innovation and Sustainable Development Week\u201d serves as a platform for creating new cooperation opportunities, sharing best practices, and identifying development prospects in line with global challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her speech, **Vafa Maharramova**, Director of the School of Lifelong Learning, underlined the importance of lifelong learning in the modern era. She stressed the need for the continuous renewal of knowledge and skills in response to the demands of the global labor market and provided information about the training programs, certificate courses, and professional development initiatives implemented at MSU. V. Maharramova also emphasized that studying international experience, applying innovative approaches, and fostering a culture of continuous learning are key components of the university\u2019s development strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A video message from **Professor Evren G\u00fc\u00e7er** of Ankara Hac\u0131 Bayram Veli University (T\u00fcrkiye) highlighted the significance of inter-university cooperation, international academic networks, and knowledge exchange in the advancement of higher education. Professor G\u00fc\u00e7er highly appreciated the \u201cInternationalization, Innovation and Sustainable Development Week\u201d organized at MSU, noting that such initiatives contribute to the development of students\u2019 global perspectives, the strengthening of international university partnerships, and the achievement of sustainable development goals. He also extended his best wishes to the MSU community and expressed his hopes for future cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subsequently, **Parviz Mammadzayev**, Coordinator of the International Relations and Cooperation Department, spoke about the university\u2019s achievements in the field of internationalization. He provided detailed information on cooperation with foreign higher education institutions, academic mobility programs, study-abroad opportunities, and exchange programs. He emphasized that participation in international programs makes a significant contribution to students\u2019 academic and personal development and encouraged them to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The speakers at the opening ceremony stressed the importance of internationalization in higher education, emphasizing the integration of students into the global academic environment, the expansion of international partnerships, and the creation of new opportunities for cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A video featuring the experiences of MSU students currently pursuing their studies abroad was then presented. The video showcased the students\u2019 academic experiences in different countries, the knowledge and skills they had gained, and the impact of international education opportunities on their personal and professional development. The audience showed great interest in the presentations, which were regarded as a source of motivation for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It should be noted that throughout the week, from June 8 to 12, a variety of events will be organized, including student startup and innovation project presentations, information sessions on study-abroad and exchange programs, hybrid seminars, an International Cuisine Day, and sports competitions.
