In line with the implementation of the relevant decrees and instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on expanding the application of e-governance and digital solutions in state institutions, Mingachevir State University has fully transitioned to the Electronic Document Management System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In order to fully digitalize document circulation at the university and ensure the successful operation of this innovative system, large-scale training sessions were held in a hybrid format, both online and in person, for employees of the relevant structural divisions. The training sessions were jointly organized by \u201cAIST Group,\u201d the company responsible for implementing the Electronic Document Management System, and Elchin Taghiyev, Head of the Digital Development and Information Technologies Center of the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the training program, participants acquired the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge about the functional capabilities of the Electronic Document Management System, digital registration of documents, execution, control, and management of document routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next stage:<\/strong> In order to ensure the full adoption of the acquired digital experience within the university, \u201cAIST Group\u201d and the Digital Development and Information Technologies Center are organizing internal information meetings for other employees. During these meetings, special attention is paid to optimizing document workflow processes and strengthening execution discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The transition to the Electronic Document Management System represents an important stage in the digital transformation process at MSU.
