As part of the measures implemented to strengthen digital transformation, effective governance, and institutional sustainability at Mingachevir State University, the second stage of practical training on the Electronic Document Management System was held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training, conducted on June 19\u201320, 2026, by Ulviyya Aliyeva, Head of the General Department of Azerbaijan Technical University, and specialist Gunel Sariyeva, was organized for heads of structural units and staff members of MSU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main purpose of the training was to deepen practical knowledge related to the implementation of the Electronic Document Management System at the university, ensure more efficient organization of document workflow across structural units in an electronic environment, strengthen execution discipline, and enhance staff members\u2019 skills in using digital governance tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the training, detailed information was provided on the functional capabilities of the Electronic Document Management System owned by \u201cAIST Group\u201d, including the registration of documents in the electronic environment, the organization of work with incoming and outgoing documents, the determination of document routes, task assignment, monitoring of execution processes, and control mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AzTU representatives demonstrated practical procedures for working with documents through the system and explained key aspects related to optimizing electronic document flow, ensuring operational coordination among structural units, increasing transparency in execution processes, and strengthening accountability in governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was noted that the transition to the Electronic Document Management System at MSU is one of the important directions of the university\u2019s digital transformation strategy. This system contributes to increasing the flexibility of document-related processes, minimizing paper-based circulation, improving the efficiency of administrative governance, and shaping a modern university management model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the training, participants\u2019 questions were answered, practical issues that may arise during the use of the system were discussed, and recommendations were provided on the more effective application of electronic document management in the daily activities of structural units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be recalled that an earlier awareness-raising training on the Electronic Document Management System had been organized for MSU staff members in an online format, and employees of the university\u2019s relevant structural units also participated in practical training sessions at Azerbaijan Technical University. The training held at MSU served as a continuation of this process, aimed at further improving the internal application of the system and enhancing employees\u2019 practical skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
