A startup competition on the topic of \u201cFamily and Career Balance\u201d was held at Mingachevir State University (MSU) with the aim of encouraging young people to contribute innovative solutions to issues related to social well-being and drawing attention to the challenge of balancing professional and family life in the modern labor market. The competition was organized on the initiative of the University\u2019s Internship and Career Department and provided students with an opportunity to present creative and technological solutions to contemporary social problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the framework of the competition, participants explored the issue of maintaining a balance between work and personal life, which is considered one of the significant social challenges of modern society. Student teams worked on innovative ideas that support professional development while preserving the quality of family life. The presented projects included digital platforms designed to improve time management, technological solutions supporting remote working models, mobile applications facilitating family and career planning, as well as initiatives aimed at strengthening social support mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main objective of the event was to develop students\u2019 social entrepreneurship mindset, engage them in solving socially relevant problems, and create favorable conditions for the development of practical projects through innovative approaches. Working in teams, participants prepared their ideas in the form of startup projects and developed presentations explaining the social impact, implementation potential, and sustainability of their initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the final stage of the competition, the teams presented their projects to the jury panel. The evaluation process considered the innovativeness of the ideas, their social significance, practical applicability, and long-term sustainability prospects. The most successful projects selected by the jury were specially recognized, and participants were provided with recommendations for the further development of their initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be noted that such initiatives organized at MSU contribute to the development of students\u2019 innovative thinking, teamwork, and social responsibility skills.
