{"id":90578,"date":"2026-03-04T15:48:34","date_gmt":"2026-03-04T12:48:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mdu.edu.az\/?p=90578"},"modified":"2026-03-27T15:49:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T12:49:39","slug":"digital-04-03-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mdu.edu.az\/ru\/digital-04-03-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Training on \u201cDigital Skills and Computer Literacy\u201d held"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 4, 2026, a training session on \u201cDigital Skills and Computer Literacy\u201d was held at the Mingachevir Youth House, organized by the Department of Information Technologies of Mingachevir State University (MDU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training was conducted within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to Goal 1 \u2013 No Poverty, and aimed at supporting the development of participants\u2019 digital skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at the event, moderator Maryam Asadova emphasized that in the modern era, the development of digital skills enhances individuals\u2019 competitiveness in the labor market, creates new employment opportunities, and facilitates their integration into the digital society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the training program, presentations were delivered on the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u201cMS Office Programs in the Development of Digital Skills\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Saadat Aslanova (Lecturer, Department of Information Technologies, MDU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cHardware, Software and Brainware Skills\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Elgiz Mahmudov (Lecturer, Department of Information Technologies, MDU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cDigital Technologies: Effective Use of AI and Web Platforms in Education\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Gulay Bahramova and Maleyka Heydarova (Lecturers, Department of Information Technologies, MDU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cDigital Readiness for Freelance and Remote Work\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Aziz Amiraslanov (Staff member, MDU)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The presentations covered a wide range of relevant topics, including improving digital literacy, developing skills in modern software tools, the application of artificial intelligence and web platforms in education, as well as preparation for remote and freelance work opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the training was to support participants\u2019 personal and professional development by enhancing their digital competencies.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On March 4, 2026, a training session on \u201cDigital Skills and Computer Literacy\u201d was held at the Mingachevir Youth House, organized by the Department of Information Technologies of Mingachevir State University (MDU).
