During the session, key aspects of budget planning, execution, and control mechanisms were explained, and the importance of maintaining financial discipline was emphasized. Participants were introduced to methods of accurate recording of revenues and expenditures, as well as the preparation and analysis of financial reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, practical knowledge was delivered on establishing internal control systems, identifying risks, and preventing them in order to ensure transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
