A training on \u201cEntrepreneurship and Innovation\u201d was organized at Mingachevir State University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the training, lecturers from the Department of Business and Management, Nuran\u0259 Abbasova-Zeynalova and T\u0259ran\u0259 S\u00fcleymanova, delivered presentations and provided participants with detailed information on the knowledge and skills required for successful activity in the modern business environment. It was noted that the main objective of the training was to develop entrepreneurial skills, promote the application of innovative approaches, and support the sustainable development of small businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the framework of the event, key topics such as the fundamental principles of entrepreneurship, business idea generation, market research, risk management, and the application of innovative solutions were covered. The lecturers presented practical knowledge based on real business examples, conducted interactive discussions with participants, and answered their questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the same time, detailed information was provided on the challenges faced by micro and small entrepreneurs, ways to overcome these challenges, as well as state support mechanisms available to them. Opportunities for networking and experience exchange were also created for participants, serving as an additional incentive for their future activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be noted that organizing such trainings is an integral part of the university\u2019s contribution to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, while also fostering innovative thinking among young people and local entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
