Mingachevir State University hosted the \u201cEconomic and Technological Empowerment of Women\u201d startup competition aimed at increasing women\u2019s economic activity, expanding their participation in technology, and supporting innovative entrepreneurship initiatives. The event was jointly organized by the Internship and Career Department and the IT Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the competition, participants developed ideas that expand women\u2019s economic and technological opportunities, analyzing existing challenges and creating innovative, implementable startup projects. Teams presented various solutions in areas such as promoting women\u2019s entrepreneurship, enhancing digital skills, expanding remote work opportunities, facilitating access to technology, and establishing inclusive economic models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main goal of the competition was not only to familiarize participants with social challenges but also to encourage them to offer innovative and sustainable solutions. Participants designed comprehensive models that considered social impact, economic efficiency, and technological justification, ensuring real-world applicability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the final stage, teams presented their startup projects to the jury.
