As part of its sustainable development strategy and \u201cGreen Campus\u201d concept, Mingachevir State University (MSU) has implemented a new initiative aimed at promoting environmentally friendly transportation. Special bicycle parking zones have been established at the entrances of the university\u2019s academic buildings, and relevant marking lines have been installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The newly implemented infrastructure solution is designed to encourage students, academic staff, and administrative personnel to use alternative and eco-friendly means of transportation, contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions on campus, and promote a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The bicycle parking areas have been organized based on the principles of safety, accessibility, and functionality. The placement of the parking zones near the entrances of university buildings ensures convenience for users while supporting the integration of green mobility culture into daily campus life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This initiative implemented at MSU forms part of the university\u2019s institutional approach based on environmental responsibility, efficient resource management, and contribution to sustainable urban living. At the same time, the project holds particular importance among the measures carried out in line with the sustainable transportation and eco-campus indicators of the international \u201cUI GreenMetric World University Rankings\u201d platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
