Within the framework of its sustainable development strategy and \u201cGreen Campus\u201d concept, Mingachevir State University (MSU) continues to consistently implement measures aimed at promoting environmentally friendly mobility. In order to encourage bicycle use at the university, work has been launched to expand the existing bicycle parking zones and establish new parking areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the project, additional parking spaces are planned across various academic buildings and campus areas to ensure the safe and convenient parking of bicycles. At the same time, relevant infrastructure measures are being implemented to improve the accessibility of the parking zones and ensure their compliance with international green campus standards through appropriate marking and organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main objective of the new approach is to expand the use of alternative means of transportation among students and staff, reduce carbon emissions caused by automobile use, and strengthen a culture of environmental responsibility.
