An awareness walk dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle was organized across the city of Mingachevir with the participation of students and academic staff of Mingachevir State University (MSU). The main purpose of the event was to encourage healthy lifestyle habits among young people, promote physical activity, strengthen environmental responsibility, and support the effective organization of participants\u2019 leisure time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the walk held within the framework of the \u201cGreen Health & Active Campus 2026\u201d initiative, participants were provided with informative materials and awareness messages related to healthy living, active campus culture, environmentally responsible behavior, and sustainable lifestyle principles. As part of the event, the slogan \u201cHealth is not a privilege, but a conscious choice\u201d was especially emphasized, highlighting that health is shaped through each individual\u2019s daily lifestyle and responsible choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Later, an athletics city tournament dedicated to \u201c7 April \u2013 World Health Day\u201d was held at the Yashar Mammadzade Stadium in Mingachevir city through the joint organization of the Central Aran Regional Youth and Sports Department and Mingachevir State University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main objective of the tournament was to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people, increase interest in sports, support the development of athletics, improve the physical fitness level of participants, and encourage a healthy spirit of competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the framework of the competition, participants demonstrated their abilities in various athletics disciplines while competing based on the principles of teamwork, cooperation, and fair play. The event also played an important role in increasing the social engagement of young people and integrating them into a healthy campus environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
