On April 3, 2026, a conference titled \u201cApril Battles: The First Steps of the March to Victory\u201d was held at Mingachevir State University. The conference was attended by the Rector of the university Anar Eminov, as well as members of the academic and administrative staff of MSU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event began with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, followed by a one-minute silence in memory of the martyrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Opening the conference with an introductory speech, Rector Anar Eminov spoke about the special significance of the April Battles in the military history of Azerbaijan and emphasized that this victory marked the beginning of the path leading to subsequent triumphs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Afterwards, a video presentation dedicated to the \u201cApril Battles\u201d was shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The conference continued with presentations by speakers. Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Almaz Aliyeva delivered a speech titled \u201cApril Battles \u2013 The Foundation Stone of the Road to Victory.\u201d Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Nushaba Gadimli presented a report titled \u201cApril Battles \u2013 The Beginning of the Great Return,\u201d highlighting the strategic importance of the events. Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy Aygun Gadirova also delivered a presentation on \u201cA Political and Historical Perspective on the April Battles.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The presentations were met with great interest by the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
