Trainings titled \u201cResearch and Publication Activities\u201d for teachers and \u201cOpportunities in Education\u201d for students were organized by the International Language Center operating under the Lifelong Learning School of Mingachevir State University. Jeyran Aghayeva, Associate Professor at the School of Education Management of ADA University, participated in the trainings as a speaker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training titled \u201cResearch and Publication Activities,\u201d organized for the academic staff, provided practical knowledge on modern research and publication standards to faculty members working in the fields of humanities and linguistics. Within the session, the principles of research design, methods of collecting primary and secondary data, and scientific approaches to writing the methodology section were explained. At the same time, practical recommendations were given on strategies for selecting international journals, using the \u201cWeb of Science\u201d database to identify reputable scientific publications, and avoiding predatory publishing practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The session titled \u201cOpportunities in Education,\u201d conducted for students, was dedicated to prospects for master\u2019s degree education in Europe and the United States of America. During the training, participants received systematic and practical information on the criteria for selecting suitable higher education institutions, preparing a strong Statement of Purpose, obtaining recommendation letters, and identifying international scholarship opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The trainings, which attracted significant interest from participants, included discussions and answers to participants\u2019 questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be noted that such programs implemented at Mingachevir State University contribute to promoting quality and inclusive education, strengthening scientific research and innovation potential, and expanding international academic cooperation, in line with the key priorities of the sustainable development agenda.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
