Intensive development courses have been launched at Mingachevir State University to expand personal development opportunities for part-time students, complement theoretical knowledge with practical skills, and strengthen professional readiness in line with the modern demands of the labour market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Organized by the University\u2019s Lifelong Learning School, the courses will continue for two weeks in both face-to-face and online formats. Covering various areas, the main purpose of the training programs is to enrich students\u2019 professional knowledge, develop their digital and career-oriented skills, and support their better integration into future career opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As part of the first training day, accounting classes were conducted by Aytan Nadirova, a lecturer at MSU\u2019s Department of Economics. During the training, participants were informed about the basic principles of accounting, skills for working with financial documents, and practical approaches in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the same day, students also participated in a training session on \u201cWeb 3 Tools and Google Office Technologies.\u201d The session, delivered by Narmin Ahmadova, a lecturer at MSU\u2019s Department of Information Technologies, covered modern digital tools, the online working environment, effective use of Google Office technologies, and opportunities for applying digital skills in daily academic and professional activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training sessions were organized in an interactive format. Students\u2019 questions were answered, practical examples were presented on the relevant topics, and special attention was paid to strengthening participants\u2019 knowledge in an application-oriented manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be noted that the intensive development courses are of significant importance in terms of engaging part-time students more actively in university life, supporting their personal development, and promoting the lifelong learning approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
