An expanded meeting dedicated to the presentation and discussion of Mingachevir State University\u2019s (MSU) Financial Report for 2025 was held at the university. The meeting, chaired by MSU Rector Anar Eminov, was attended by the university leadership, heads of structural divisions, academic and administrative staff, as well as representatives of the public and private sectors, industrial enterprises, and other partner organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Opening the meeting with an introductory speech, Rector Anar Eminov emphasized that transparency, accountability, and effective financial management are among the key principles of the university\u2019s institutional development. It was noted that the management of financial resources in line with strategic priorities is one of the main pillars supporting the university\u2019s achievements in education, science, innovation, digital transformation, internationalization, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the presentation, MSU\u2019s financial indicators for 2025 were brought to the attention of the participants. It was stated that the university\u2019s revenues were generated from state budget allocations, tuition fees, scientific grants, international projects, and other sources. The main directions of the financial policy included investments in human capital, support for scientific research, digital transformation, campus development, student-oriented services, and the financing of green university initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the discussions, representatives of industry shared their views and proposals on further expanding university\u2013industry cooperation, financing joint projects, promoting applied research, and strengthening the integration of graduates into the labor market. It was emphasized that mutual cooperation would make an important contribution to the development of the innovation ecosystem and the socio-economic progress of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting also highlighted that the effective management of financial resources, public accountability, and open dialogue with stakeholders are integral components of the university\u2019s sustainable development strategy. At the end of the meeting, participants\u2019 opinions and suggestions were heard, and relevant instructions were given regarding future areas of activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
