On June 29, 2026, Rector of Mingachevir State University Anar Eminov met with university staff members who have applied to continue their education at the doctoral level at higher education institutions of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the expansion of academic development opportunities for MSU staff, the enhancement of scientific potential, support for integration into the international education and research environment, as well as the university\u2019s strategic goals in the areas of staff training and human capital development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the meeting, Rector Anar Eminov noted that one of the key development priorities of Mingachevir State University is the training of highly qualified academic personnel, the stimulation of research activities among staff members, and the expansion of access to international academic experience. It was emphasized that the initiative of staff members wishing to pursue doctoral studies at prestigious higher education institutions in T\u00fcrkiye is of great importance for the university and is fully aligned with MSU\u2019s policy of internationalization, strengthening scientific activity, and improving academic quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting featured discussions on application procedures for doctoral studies, the appropriate selection of fields of specialization, the identification of scientific supervisors and research topics, the establishment of academic relations with foreign universities, as well as the required documents and preparatory stages for the admission process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anar Eminov emphasized that the scientific development of staff members would make a direct contribution to the future development of the university. He advised each staff member wishing to pursue doctoral studies to work purposefully, prepare in accordance with the requirements of the international academic environment, and later apply the knowledge and experience gained to the scientific and pedagogical activities of MSU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
