On July 6, 2026, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Mingachevir State University and \u201cFLEX\u201d Limited Liability Company as part of the opening ceremony of the 5th \u201cCyber Summer School 2026\u201d (CSS-2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The document was signed by Anar Eminov, Rector of Mingachevir State University, and Fuad Bakirov, Executive Director of \u201cFLEX\u201d LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main purpose of the memorandum is to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of the university\u2019s students, as well as academic and administrative staff, in the fields of information technologies, network administration, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure management, security systems and telecommunications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within the framework of the cooperation, it is planned to organize trainings, master classes, seminars, webinars, laboratory sessions, case studies, simulations and project-based learning formats for students, as well as to explore opportunities for internships, mentorship and career counseling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The document will also enable the implementation of joint initiatives in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, smart campus development, digital literacy, security systems and innovative applied projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It should be noted that the memorandum has been concluded for a period of five years and will contribute to the development of long-term strategic cooperation between the parties in the fields of IT, cybersecurity and digital infrastructure.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
