Science Development Strategy (2026–2030)

Mingachevir State University’s Science Development Strategy aims to enhance the quality and productivity of the university’s scientific activities, strengthen international collaborations, and expand applied research related to regional development.

Between 2026 and 2030, the strategy focuses on increasing scientific productivity and publication metrics, supporting young researchers, and integrating into international research networks.

Main Objectives:

  • Increasing scientific productivity and raising the share of publications in international journals
  • Strengthening international collaboration and establishing partnerships with foreign universities
  • Expanding commissioned research on regional development topics
  • Stimulating the participation of young researchers in international conferences

The implementation of the strategy will be supported by specific action plans and KPIs at the faculty and department levels, with results monitored through annual assessments.
