A scientific-practical training titled “Reuse and Recovery of Industrial Waste” was conducted at Mingachevir State University by Natavan Ibrahim Valiyeva, a lecturer of the Department of Physics and Ecology.
The main purpose of the training was to provide students with knowledge about industrial waste management, its environmental impacts, and modern approaches in this field, as well as to promote the principles of sustainable production.
Within the framework of the event, detailed information was presented on the classification of industrial waste, its negative effects on the environment, and modern management methods applied to reduce these impacts. In particular, mechanisms of waste reuse, recycling, and energy recovery, as well as the principles of the circular economy and “zero waste,” were explained to the students.
During the training, interactive discussions were held with the students, exchanges of ideas took place, and their questions were answered.
At the end of the event, it was emphasized that the training contributed to increasing students’ environmental responsibility, developing efficient resource-use habits, and strengthening their understanding of sustainable production principles.
It should be noted that Mingachevir State University regularly organizes scientific-practical and awareness-raising events aimed at environmental protection, efficient resource management, and the promotion of sustainable development principles.
