An awareness seminar on “Career Planning and the Role of the Labor Market” was organized by the Internship and Career Development Center of Mingachevir State University.

The seminar was delivered by Jalə Nazirli, an employee of the State Employment Agency, and attended by MSU staff members, students, and graduates. The main purpose of the event was to enhance young people’s knowledge and skills in career planning and to provide comprehensive information about the current demands of the labor market.

Within the framework of the seminar, Jalə Nazirli provided detailed information about the main stages of career planning, self-awareness and identifying individual skills, the key participants and research methods of the labor market, as well as professions and fields that are expected to remain relevant in the future. She also shared recommendations on labor market dynamics, employment opportunities, and the importance of proper planning in career development.

Using real-life examples based on practical experience, the trainer explained the topics in detail and answered participants’ questions.
