On June 2, 2026, another citizen reception was held at Mingachevir State University (MSU). The reception, attended by Rector Anar Eminov and heads of the university’s structural divisions, provided an opportunity to listen to the concerns and proposals of students, master’s students, graduates, and citizens.

The applications and inquiries mainly concerned employment opportunities, the organization of the educational process, support for student initiatives, the development of startup projects, and participation in international programs.

The submitted requests were carefully reviewed, relevant instructions were issued, several issues were resolved on the spot, and matters requiring further examination were taken under supervision for follow-up action.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that transparent governance, open dialogue, support for innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, as well as activities aligned with sustainable development and green university principles, remain among the key priorities of MSU.

It should be noted that the citizen receptions regularly organized at MSU serve to strengthen effective communication between the university administration, students, and members of the public.
