Cooperation between Mingachevir State University and ATIB Creates New Opportunities for Students and Graduates: Access to 70 Member Enterprises and Organizations

The Memorandum of Cooperation signed between Mingachevir State University and the Azerbaijan-Türkiye Business Association (ATIB) is of great importance in terms of expanding the university’s relations with the business community, increasing professional development opportunities for students and graduates, and strengthening their integration into the labour market.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, it is envisaged to develop mutual relations between Mingachevir State University and 70 enterprises and organizations that are members of ATIB, present the university’s academic and human capital potential to the business environment, and expand internship, career, employment, training, mentoring, and professional networking opportunities for students and graduates.

This cooperation will enable MSU students to become more closely acquainted with the requirements of the real sector, establish direct relations with companies and organizations operating in various fields, and gain practical knowledge and skills in the fields of production and services. At the same time, new opportunities will be created to increase the competitiveness of university graduates in the labour market and connect them with enterprises that correspond to their qualifications and skills.

This partnership will contribute to strengthening MSU’s “university–industry–society” cooperation model, aligning the educational process with the current needs of the labour market, ensuring the early integration of students into the professional environment, and building more effective mechanisms for working with graduates.

It should be noted that ATIB member enterprises and organizations cover various sectors of the economy, including telecommunications, banking and finance, insurance, construction, industry, agriculture, logistics, information technologies, tourism and hospitality, law, consulting, manufacturing, services, and trade.
