The “Social Entrepreneurship Idea Competition” among students has been successfully held at Mingachevir State University (MDU).

The competition was jointly organized by the Department of Business and Management and the Student Affairs and Events Organization Office. The main purpose of the initiative was to develop students’ skills in solving social problems through innovative and sustainable business models, enhance entrepreneurial initiative and teamwork competencies, and promote a culture of social responsibility and social innovation within the university.

During the competition, participants presented creative and practical solutions to real social issues and confidently defended their ideas before the jury panel.

According to the jury’s evaluation, the winning teams were determined as follows:

✅ 2nd place – Winter
✅ 3rd place – Skill2Income

The winning teams were congratulated, and all participants were thanked for their active engagement, innovative ideas, and strong team spirit.

It should be noted that such initiatives contribute significantly to the development of students’ social thinking, leadership qualities, and entrepreneurial skills, while also fostering an innovation-driven environment within the university.
