On November 4, 2025, Mingachevir State University Engineering Faculty student, Patriotic War participant, and recipient of the “Azerbaijan Flag” Order, Elnur Salahov, met with a group of university students.

During the meeting, E. Salahov spoke about his combat path during the Patriotic War, the experiences he gained, and the impressions he lived through during the war years. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of loyalty to the homeland, unity, and solidarity.

The students addressed questions to the heroic war participant and learned interesting details about his military journey.

It was noted that such meetings, organized at Mingachevir State University to educate young people in the spirit of patriotism, are held on a continuous basis.

It should also be noted that various events are being organized at the university on the occasion of Victory Day.
