On October 1, a meeting was held between Tural Ahmadov, Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (TKTA), and Anar Eminov, Rector of Mingachevir State University (MSU). According to Azerbaijan Teacher, heads of structural units from both TKTA and MSU also participated in the meeting.

The Chairman emphasized that expanding cooperation between TKTA and higher education institutions is crucial for the development of the country’s education system. He highlighted the Agency’s efforts to align quality assurance processes with international standards, noting that this is a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness of higher education institutions.

Rector Anar Eminov underscored the importance of the meeting, discussed MSU’s achievements this year, and presented the university’s priority goals for the upcoming year. During the meeting, participants exchanged views on current issues in higher education, including the improvement of internal and external quality assurance systems and the strengthening of internationalization.
