An online training session on the use of the Turcademy database was organized for staff members and students at Mingachevir State University. The training, held on April 14, 2026 via the ZOOM platform, was met with great interest by the university’s academic staff and students.

The main purpose of the training was to familiarize participants with the functional capabilities of the Turcademy platform, its usage rules, and its application opportunities in scientific research processes. It was noted that Turcademy, which is available through remote access, provides users with electronic access to more than 4,000 Turkish-language academic resources published by Türkiye’s leading academic publishing houses, including Adalet Publishing, Anı Publishing, Gazi Publishing House, Palme Publishing, Pegem Academy, and Seçkin Publishing.

It was emphasized that the platform offers a broad database covering natural sciences, engineering, law, healthcare, social sciences, and humanities, enabling users to gain оперативе access to reliable scientific resources. At the same time, its user-friendly interface and advanced search tools ensure more efficient access to information for students and researchers.

During the training, participants were provided with practical explanations regarding registration and login procedures, effective search strategies, opportunities for reading and downloading electronic books, and efficient methods of using the platform in educational and scientific activities.

At the end of the session, participants’ questions were answered, their suggestions were heard, and it was considered appropriate to continue organizing such training sessions on a regular basis.
