On May 5, 2026, Mingachevir State University held another citizen reception attended by Rector Anar Eminov for students, master’s students, their parents, and citizens.

During the reception, an open and constructive dialogue environment was established between the university administration, students, and parents. The appeals and suggestions voiced during the meeting were carefully listened to, and prompt responses were provided with relevant instructions given in appropriate directions. Within the framework of the meeting, extensive discussions were held on issues such as students’ academic development, enhancement of practical skills, and the formation of an inclusive and accessible educational environment.

The appeals mainly concerned the more efficient organization of internships, academic support, the application of innovative approaches in the teaching process, further development of teacher-student relations, and the expansion of international education opportunities.

The ideas and proposals expressed during the meeting were considered particularly important in terms of ensuring quality education, creating equal opportunities, and strengthening the university’s engagement with society in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

It should be noted that such citizen receptions contribute to strengthening transparent governance, inclusive decision-making, and a student-centered approach at the university, while also supporting the formation of a sustainable and innovative educational environment. It is planned to continue organizing such meetings on a regular basis.
