Visit to the Family of a Martyr Held within the “Stories That Became Epics” Project with the Support of Mingachevir State University

Within the framework of the “Stories That Became Epics” project, the first visit to the family of a martyr has been carried out. The project is implemented with the support of Mingachevir State University (MSU) and the Sabirabad Youth House, after becoming a winner of the grant competition announced by the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the framework of the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty.”

The project aims to strengthen the spirit of patriotism among young people, preserve the memory of national heroes, and ensure that the life stories and heroic paths of martyrs are passed on to future generations. Within the initiative, the stories of martyrs are documented and shared so that their courage, devotion to the homeland, and life values can serve as an example for young people.

As part of the first stage of the project, a visit was organized to the family of a martyr, during which memories of the martyr’s life, dedication to the homeland, and acts of bravery were shared. It was emphasized that such meetings are not only an opportunity to honor the memory of heroes but also an important step in preserving and transmitting their legacy to future generations.

It should be noted that within the framework of the “Stories That Became Epics” project, further visits to other martyr families, documentation of personal stories, and awareness-raising meetings with young people are planned. The project seeks to contribute to the development of patriotic values, national consciousness, and respect for national heritage among youth.
