Mingachevir State University has achieved a significant milestone in international academic mobility. The university recorded its highest-ever admission rate within the Orhun Exchange Program, marking a record result in its history.
On this occasion, the Rector of Mingachevir State University, Anar Eminov, held a meeting with students and academic staff who were admitted to universities in Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan במסגרת the program. A total of 56 students and 12 faculty members who successfully qualified for the program participated in the meeting.
It was noted that the majority of admitted students will pursue studies in engineering and economics. This strong outcome reflects the university’s expanding international mobility opportunities and the growing interest of its students in the global academic environment.
In his remarks, Rector Anar Eminov congratulated the program participants and wished them success in their future academic endeavors. He emphasized that international exchange programs play a crucial role in students’ professional development, helping them acquire new knowledge and skills, while also strengthening the university’s international partnerships.
