A training session on “Decent Work Principles and Modern Labor Relations” was held at Mingachevir State University. Within the framework of the training, participants were provided with detailed information on modern approaches and international standards in the field of labor.

During the session, the concept of decent work was explained, and particular emphasis was placed on employees’ rights and responsibilities, as well as the importance of ensuring safe and healthy working conditions.

In addition, key aspects of modern labor relations were discussed, including the proper establishment of employer–employee relations, the role of employment contracts, and social protection issues. The training also covered principles of equality in the workplace, prevention of discrimination, and mechanisms for resolving labor disputes.

At the end of the session, participants’ questions were addressed, and discussions were held on the topic.
